Accidentally sliced the interior of my drivers side door somehow and I was so bummed about it. Frankie came out to my house, did the repair, and it looks AMAZING, you'd never know anything ever happened. That was hands down the easiest and most hassle-free car repair experience I have ever had. Easy to work with, great quality work, friendly, on time, easy to set it all up. Frankie is fast, friendly, and his expert work speaks for itself. I had a gnarly black mystery stain on nappa leather Miata seats. They only got worse when I tried cleaning them. And three detailers turned me away claiming there wasn't a way to remove the stain. Prime Interiors had it fixed in under an hour with a dye job that was perfectly color matched, which is pretty incredible given how severe the before state was. He offered me very helpful tips for maintaining the seats and preventing this down the line too. Had a minor tear in my car seat that Frankie fixed - the seat now looks terrific. The fact that he came to my home to do the job was a huge plus for me and added a lot of value to his expertise. Very open and professional in his approach. We had a nice time getting to know each other and I am thoroughly pleased with his work ethic and the value for the price I paid for his services. Frank's work is of the highest quality, and he has tremendous integrity. He amazingly restored an irreplaceable, cherished leather chair and ottoman in our home, all in one afternoon. Thanks Frankie your the man ! Thanks for coming all the way to Tracy to service my 4 runner and fixing the bottom vinyl seat that had some tears. Looks like new and if I did it myself I would have seriously messed up. I recommend Frankie, very knowledgeable and honest. He even recommended me what products to get to clean my interior seats and to put a seat cover to help protect it. Frank spent the entire day yesterday working on my buttercup yellow leather sofas...they now look brand new! I had some cat scratches and overall wear and tear. Frank uses a very specific process to clean the leather, then resurfaces to smooth out cuts/scratches, and then applies a dye/paint and finally, a sealant. The color match was perfect! Frank is a very pleasant person, easy to have in your home, and he really knows his trade. I highly recommend him!
